RMI offers to our clients that have completed Race Matters intensive training the opportunity to train one or more individuals to become in-house coaches to assist your staff in using the Race Matters tools.

This is a good way to insure that your organization has the capacity to reinforce learning for both current staff as well as your new hires until they can be exposed to the full RMI training.
