RMI Training Services

The Race Matters Institute strives to provide our clients with the most optimal learning experience possible by integrating the use of organizational and place-based data into the training.   We provide various levels of training services based upon where your organization is in its racial equity work. I.e. Are you interested in examining racial/ethnic equity in your own organizational policies and practices or are you concerned about insuring that your organization’s policies and practices regarding its programmatic work acknowledge and address the role that race/ethnicity plays in your support of or delivery of services in communities of color? Where ever you want to focus, four easy steps can be taken to move your organization to action today.

How to secure training services?

1. Contact us to schedule a call today. An RMI representative will make a telephone appointment with you at which time a determination will be made about which type of service(s) would be most beneficial based upon where you are in your racial equity work.  A proposed plan of action based upon your organizational timeframes, target audience and budget will be established at this time;
2. Sign a memorandum of understanding that includes the scope of work, deliverables, anticipated results, cost  and shared expectations for the proposed engagement;
3. Participate in a more in-depth planning call with RMI trainers where the content requirements and logistics for the training will be established. A formal agenda and draft materials for the training will then be shared with you for your final approval.
4. Begin training!
